Refund and Returns Policy

At The Geek Plan, we’re all about delivering smart solutions and epic experiences. But hey — sometimes things don’t go according to plan (even a geek plan). Here’s how we handle refunds and returns:


1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Since most of our offerings are digital (courses, memberships, downloads, templates, etc.), all sales are generally final.

However, we believe in fairness. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a product or if you truly feel a product wasn’t as promised, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on usage, access logs, and circumstances.

Not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind,
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal,
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of technical skills or incompatible systems.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you bought physical merch, gear, or materials from us:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

Shoot us a message at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name,
  • Order number,
  • Description of the issue,
  • Any relevant screenshots or photos (for physical items).

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us.
Important:

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for past payments unless specified in a separate agreement or promotion.
  • Access to member-only content will end at the conclusion of your billing period.

5. Special Promotions and Bundles

Products purchased through special deals, bundles, or limited-time promotions may have different refund terms, which will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
